The staff. My flight arrived at 7am and the check-in was at 3pm. But the reception let us have another room in order for us to have a nap and to refresh until our room became ready. Wow !!!

excellent situation next to a lovely square close to shops and restaurants - note there is no restaurant in the hotel. room decorated to a high standard and we were made to feel welcome when we arrived.
